System Building on the fast track: Successful presentation at the automechanika 2008
After the first successful participation in 2006, a very positive feedback and a constantly good order position in the automobile industry, the swabian company decided to be once again exhibitor on the automechanika 2008 in Frankfurt/Main.
On an approximately 100 sqm fair stand OECON presented a modern system building visualising a modern mobile car dealership building with special needs of the automobile industry.
With partners from the area workshop equipment and an automobile from a local Smart Centre OECON displayed the functionality and changeability of mobile room units.
The visitors obtained insights and ideas of constructing modern temporary buildings and workshops. Wide glass fronts, different variations of the outside facades which pass of the attractive sine wave about different grater plaster variations and an attractive disguising of the roof belt with an 'Attika', OECON placed new graduations for a representative system building. The incomparable compatibility of the hexagonal pavillon module AVANT with the high-quality premium line VARIANT permits fast assembly and completion of an architectural attractive sales building.
All modules are compatible and adaptable, allow a quick construction and dismantling and can be changed on account by coupling the modules at a later time. The trouble-free extension of the modules allows that the space unities cogrow in parallel with the economic success of the customer enterprise.
Summed up: The participation was complete success!

The World of Events 2008, 16th and 17th january was a new visitors record. With an increase of over 10 % compared to last year 8.000 visitors came into the Rhine-Main-Halls fairground in Wiesbaden.
420 exhibitors from Germany and abroad presented to the professional audience from the event and marketing industry, including OECON Mobilraum GmbH from Bartholomae.

New water savings technology in new container design with OECON
Water is a precious resource and costs. By the use of modern technologies in the new OECON sanitary container 'WC gentlemen' valuable drinking water can be saved, which is used up per rinsing process in large quantities. The waterless urinales function without water and chemistry and reduce waste water and fresh water costs. Costings that OECON would like to save for its customers. Particularly within highly frequented areas the mobile OECON sanitary container 'WC gentlemen' offers an advantage to genuine monetary values. In a first test phase on the BAUMA 2007 OECON used for the first time waterless urinales with different technologies in the new designed OECON sanitary container 'WC gentlemen'.

A better ecological balance: Urinales made of plastics instead of sanitary ceramics use less energy within production and are to recycle more easily. In addition the smaller waste water and environmental impact, because no chemistry and/or only biologically degradable substances are used.
And to good the latter consumption for precious resource water is void with the waterless functioning urinales. Unpleasant smells from drains, developping in connection of urine with water, belong to the past and provide for a non-smell and germ-free environment. The enterprise is aware of its ecological responsibility and would like to pass the ecological understanding on its customers.
The created sanitary container 'WC gentlemen' offers its customers not only better ecological understanding, but additionally many economic advantages.

By the installation of waterless urinales the customer can save, apart from an enormous quantity of litres of water per year, fresh water and waste water costs additionally.
Smaller cleaning and maintenance costs by intelligent used technology lead to a simpler and faster cleaning and disassembly of the urinales. The new OECON sanitary container 'WC gentlemen' reduces the costs of cleaning personnel for cleaning deposits and urine stone particularly in highly frequented environments and makes the use of air refreshing chemicals redundant.
Simpler assembly without special groundings and no demand for water pipelines and flushing devices do not only provide for an optically more responding interior, but reduce the installation costs additionally.
The materials used in the container, made of stable plastic, are more secure against vandalism than the ceramic basins used so far. The construction system of the post and beam construction way of the partitions makes a faster handling possible by the withdrawal of individual units for repair, exchange or change, which means a further reduction of the cost block. A flexible and fast response time for changes and alterations by the use of sandwich elements as wall, soil or cover panels that can be adapted to each customer's request.

Completely in the sense of the OECON Corporate Design and the associated brighter and friendly design it does not have to be done without comfort. Blue door handles, door latch plate, partition feet and stand profiles contribute to the new design. A broad selection of most different surfaces and dessins for the partitions made of decorated MDF coverings, as well as a skid-proof and colourful PVC flooring replace the conventional burl soil. All realized measures and innovations in the sanitary container 'WC gentlemen' contribute to a reduction of the container's total weight, which will suppress transport costs.

On an exhibition area of 272 sqm on the open air area of this year's BAUMA the OECON Mobilraum GmbH presented an impressive three floors high fair building made of own container modules.
With an impressing star-shaped architecture of the OECON premium products VARIANT and AVANT and at an impressive height of approx. 10 m OECON proved the compatibility and stackableness of their own series of products.
The bright and friendly interior design spread an inviting atmosphere, which invited to stay and got the active attendance of native and foreign guests. Over 40 nations could be welcomed by staff and management.
OECON as a manufacturer presented different models with different equipment out of practice such as office-, exhibition-, toilets-, kitchens-, black/white containers or special containers for stairways.
Custom-made, customer-oriented service completes OECON's profile, following the presented OECON philosophy of OECONNECT.

Distribution Center in Bartholomae
OECON Mobilraum GmbH extends center of distribution in Bartholomae
In the Bartholomae industrial area Gaensteich is the distribution headquarter of the OECON Group:
A modern workshop, which had to be already extended, an administration building from OECON's own space modules, an extensive exhibition center with sample buildings and a generous depot for containers on approx. 1.5 hectars.
The extension of the OECON administration around
240 sqm was pre-produced in the OECON plant at Halle/Saale and is coupled momentarily to the existing module building.
OECON uses the advantage of modular space units here: Without disturbing the business considerably, new jobs develop in shortest time.
The producer and renter of mobile space systems constantly grew in the past years despite close markets, so that the next extension at Bartholomae already is under planning.
