OECON engineering is the foundation on which the advantages of OECON accommodation concepts are built. The tried-and-tested designs, which are subject to a continuous process of optimisation, are thus not only robust and virtually indestructible. They also have the advantage of being extremely easy to assemble, ensuring very short handling times for setting up or adapting our buildings.
Installation, maintenance and repair are extremely simple and the versatility of the interchangeable OECON wall elements means that they can meet all requirements.
OECON system wall elements at the front and sides can be removed, replaced individually or re-combined so that container space units can be added.
The OECON wall elements are linked via H-shaped sections for an optimum fit.
The panel gaps are covered by aluminium exterior sections.
OECON is a member of the 'German Quality Assurance Association for Dry Construction and Prefabricated Homes' (Bundes-Guetegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighaeuser e.V.) and awarded the Quality Label for system steel construction (Guetezeichen Stahlsystembauweise) recognized by RAL.

The electrically welded cantilever steel frame is made of special fully galvanised profiles with solid cast container corners in accordance with the ISO standard. It forms a robust basis for OECON technology, with a long service life.
For OECON, it is very important that only quality-checked materials should be used that later be recycled or destroyed so that as little harm as possible is caused.
We avoid unnecessary use of tropical woods as of adhesives, paints and impregnating agents that could harm the environment or even represent a health hazard. We only use plastics if there is no comparable alternative for construction purposes.
Sandwich construction for interchangeable wall elements with CFC-free rigid PUR foam insulation.
Sturdy and capable of withstanding high stresses, excellent thermal insulation combined with minimal weight and volume, resistant to ageing, do not deteriorate or decay and, even if the surface is damaged, the insulating action is maintained. Particularly suitable for premises which are frequently relocated or adapted.
Wall element with covering layers of wooden material and plaster fibreboard, plus mineral plaster or wooden facing. Insulated with particularly environmentally acceptable cellulose material:
Biological and ecological aspects were taken into account when designing the superstructure, which guarantees optimum humidity balance and therefore a healthy, pleasant interior climate with effective soundproofing.
Wall element with mineral fibre insulation and metal, wooden material, plaster fibreboard or plasterboard surface panels:
different combinations lead to particularly effective soundproofing or compliance with special fire protection requirements.
